CONSULTATION
In the consultation, we'll discuss your ideas, budget, gemstones, metals, and any practical considerations to understand exactly what you're looking for. Feel welcome to bring inspiration pictures along!
DEPOSIT
After you approve the final design, we request a 50% deposit to begin crafting your piece. The remaining balance is due before collection or shipment.
COLLABORATIVE DESIGN
As your piece takes shape, we'll stay in touch through text, phone, or email to refine the details. Whether it's choosing between stone sizes, adjusting proportions, or making design tweaks, you'll be involved throughout the process.
PRODUCTION
Now work begins on the bench. Every custom piece is individually assembled, set, finished, and inspected by our bench jeweler to ensure it's something we're proud to put our name on.
DESIGN APPROVAL
Depending on your piece, we'll provide a mock-up, prototype, CAD model, or detailed depiction of the complete design. This is your opportunity to make any final adjustments before production.
DELIVERY
The best part. Once everything has been inspected and polished, we'll arrange collection or delivery so your finished piece can finally be yours to wear and enjoy.
COMPLIMENTARY RING RESIZING
If your ring isn't quite the perfect fit, we'll resize it free of charge within six months of purchase (where the design allows).
WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If an issue arises due to our work, we'll make it right.
COMPLIMENTARY CLEANING
Bring your jewelry back to us for an annual complimentary cleaning and inspection to keep it looking its best.
